Celebrating 40 Years of Community Design. �Transforming a neighborhood of old warehouses into a thriving business district, Foundry Square revitalized an area that historically lacked character and pedestrian street life. Each of the four buildings features an entry plaza facing out onto a bustling intersection, creating an outdoor living room for the city. The scale of the space draws the eye upward and unites the open spaces into a single monumental volume, creating street-life, urbanity and visual interest.
