The soul of EVAARA lies in its beautiful double height courtyard,a space that connects the entire home with soft daylight, natural textures, and a quiet sense of calm. Every detail was crafted to reflect their story of open, grounded, and full of life. “KANCHANAM” KANCHANAM is more than just a contemporary 4 BHK home at Alavil; it’s a special journey shaped on a cozy 10 cents plot. What made this project close to my heart was the trust from Rahul and Manju — with Manju being my senior from school — who gave me the freedom to turn their dreams into reality. The house is designed to welcome sunlight and fresh air, creating warm, open spaces where family moments and privacy beautifully coexist. With clean lines and modern finishes, every detail was thoughtfully chosen to make Kanchanam feel both comfortable and elegant.
