Ar. Anoop K. Nair (Founder & Principal Architectural Consultant) did his undergrad in Architecture at TKM College of Engineering, Kollam. Training was with Ar. Anant Swami at D+A, Bangalore. After graduation, he worked with Jaigopal Rao and Ar. Latha Raman at Inspiration Cochin.

Ar. Laurie Baker's works inspired him to take Architecture as career. But later as he took up Architecture, Ar. Geoffrey Bawa's works and revolutionary concepts of Tropical Modernism influenced him most.
He founded 'Art on Architecture' along with his life & work partner Er. Sruthy K. in 2014.

Er. Sruthy K. (Co-founder & Structural Consultant)did her Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad and pursued Masters in Structural Engineering from SNGCE, Ernakulam. After training with Er. Suresh S. at Associated Structural Consultants, Cochin, she worked with Er. Santosh K. at Design Spectrum, Calicut before co-founding AoA.
