We are set to begin an innovative "Retail-to-Green" conversion project that replaces aging mall structures with multi-tiered rooftop gardens and community parks. This initiative addresses the need for more urban green space while providing new, sustainable venues for local businesses and markets. By repurposing existing footprints, we are demonstrating how traditional commercial sites can evolve for the 21st century.
